Cinnamon rolls are super soft and puffy deliciousness packed with cinnamon sugar, but for some of us sometimes they can be heavy or even forbidden. ๐ In this recipe we will gain in health without losing taste and the joy to eat sweets ๐๐

Ingredients In Weight:
400g plain flour (I’m using 10% protein)
40g brown sugar
220g oat milk (You may use rice, soya, and almond milk)
5g instant dry yeast
4g salt
30g sunflower oil
Filling
80g brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Ingredients In Volume:
3 and 1/4 cups plain flour (I’m using 10% protein)
3 tbsp + 1 tsp brown sugar
1 cup oat milk (You may use rice, soya, and almond milk)
1 and 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 and 1/8 tbsp sunflower oil
Filling
6 tbsp of brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon rolls
