MEXICAN PIZZA

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 whole grain tortilla
1 c refried beans
Splash of almond milk
Salsa’
black beans
Sliced red onions
Chopped bell peppers (red & yellow)
diced tomatoes (I used roma)
vegan cheddar cheeze shreds
1. Layer each ingredient on the tortilla. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes
ENJOY!
“CHEEZEY” PIZZA BREAD

Serves 1
Ingredients
2 slices of sourdough bread
Marinara sauce
Vegan cheese shreds
Italian seasoning
1. Add sauce to bread, then cheeze and seasoning.. Bake in the oven 8-10 minutes.

SPINACH TOMATO PIZZA

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 whole grain tortilla
Marinara
Spinach
Sliced bell peppers (red, yellow & orange)
sliced red onions
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced tomatoes
Vegan mozzarella shreds
Italian seasoning
1. Layer each ingredient on the tortilla. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes. Top with additional spinach if you like.
