Okonomiyaki | Vegan Okonomiyaki Recipe
This dish is so simple and easy to prepare. In 30 minutes you will have a very tasty and healthy meal. Add BBq sauce and some spices, you will ask for more. This recipe serves 2- 4 persons.
Ingredients:
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup carrot thinly sliced
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil
Toppings:
sesame seeds
BBQ Sauce
Sriracha
