These No-Bake Vegan Gingerbread Cookies taste just like Christmas! Healthy, sugar free, GF, raw and delicious vegan Christmas recipe.
Raw Vegan Gingerbread Cookies:
2 cups of pitted soft dates
1 cup of almond meal
1 tbs raw cacao powder
1 to 2 tbs desiccated coconut
1 tbs ginger powder
1 tbs cinnamon
dash of cardamom
dash of nutmeg
Add everything in your food processor and process until it becomes a smooth dough ball. Place in the fridge for a while before making the cookies. Decorate with desiccated coconut.
Store in the fridge up to 3-4 days.
