Hey, everybody!

In this video I talk about self-love and how I've been trying to learn to love myself even though there are so many things I dislike about myself. We are our own biggest bullies after all. I definitely am unhealthily self-critical.

I've realized how much my attitude towards myself also affects other people I'm interconnected with. I think this is the biggest motivator for why I finally want to change my mindset. However, you can't just expect your brain to switch form hating yourself to loving yourself overnight. That is why I've decided to start by focusing on self-care. I also think that it's important to distance yourself from things that trigger you.
