In this video, I’ll teach you how to make easy and delicious gingerbread cookies, complete with a simple three-ingredient icing for fun holiday decorating.

GINGERBREAD COOKIE INGREDIENTS:
► 2 1/3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
► 2 tsp ground ginger
► 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
► 1/2 tsp baking soda
► 1/4 tsp ground cloves
► 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
► 3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (12 Tbsp)
► 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
► 1/2 cup molasses
► 1 large egg, room temperature

ICING INGREDIENTS:
► 2 cups powdered sugar
► 2-3 Tbsp milk
► 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
► Sprinkles, to decorate
