This is our Slow Cooker Chickpea Curry, delicious and full of flavour. It is also Vegan and Vegetarian friendly, but this is a perfect dish for all occasions, it can be combined with a nice Chicken Korma of Beef Madras for a full-on Indian Night.
We used 2 chillis in the recipe and it wasn’t spicy, so if you like your curry with a bit of a kick, you can add a teaspoon of chilli powder or cayenne pepper.

Cooking Time: 6 Hour + 10 minutes for the Spinach
Setting: LOW
300g dried chickpeas
2 onions
2 peppers
bunch of Corinader
2 Chillis (any colour)
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Puree
1 Teaspoon of Ginger Puree
2 Tablespoon of Cumin
1 Tablespoon of Dried Coriander
1 Tablespoon of Garam Masala
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
125g Fresh Spinach
1 Can of Chopped Tomatoes
400ml Coconut Milk
