Hey everyone, today I share a recipe that I have been working on perfecting for a few months now. I am so excited to share it with you! please let me know what you think of it, is it something you would try to make?
The recipe is down below, enjoy!
* For the Broccoli *
chopped broccoli
olive oil
sea salt
onion powder
garlic powder
Italian seasoning
bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minuets
* For the vegan Mac and cheese*
whatever pasta you like (I used macaroni)
one large carrot
3 small to medium yellow potatoes
a few pickled jalapeños
a tea spoon each of the following
*onion powder
*garlic powder
*sea salt
*paprika
two or three garlic cloves
1/2 a cup nutritional yeast
1/2 a cup water
