No stove, no draining, no mess, and the cheesy sauce is lump-free and completely smooth and creamy.
This is a staple in our home, we make this when we’re feeling lazy (which is often) so I hope you love this as much as we do in our family.

Vegan Mac and Cheese One Pot Rice Cooker Recipe
Serves 2
250g Macaroni (or Elbow pasta) // 2 Β½ cups
360g Soy or plant milk // 1 Β½ cup
20g Plain AP Flour // 3 Β½ tsp
4g Nooch // 2 tbs
15g Mayonnaise // 1 tbs (recommended: Vegenaise)
15g Butter // 1 tbs (recommended: Nuttelex, Earth balance, Naturli)
90g Cheese, shredded // 1 cup (recommended: Violife, FYH, Chao)
5g Salt // 1 Β½ tsp
Black Pepper
Turmeric
250g Water, freshly boiled // 1 cup

β’ Eat immediately for best results, if the pasta is left in the cooker overnight it may soak up all the sauce
β’ Some rice cookers cook faster than others, simply adjust the amount of liquid to suit your own
