Here’s a quick n easy, healthy vegan recipe, that goes very well as a side dish for your lunches and dinners!
Ingredients:
Cabbage – Finely chopped, 4 cups;
Onions – Finely chopped, 1/2 cup;
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp;
Curry leaves – 8 no.;
Dry red chilies – 2-3 no.;
Coconut – grated, 1/2 cup;
Green chili – 1 no.;
Garlic – 2 cloves;
Cumin seeds/Jeera – 1 tsp;
Cooking oil – 1 n half tbsp;
Salt to taste.
