Ingredients for the Cauliflower curry:
Cauliflower β 1 med. Sized (3 cups of florets)
Sliced onions β 2 cups
Chopped tomatoes β 1 cup
Mustard seeds β 1 tsp
Oil β 3 to 4 tbsp
For the coconut gravy β 1 cup shredded/grated coconut, 1 tsp cumin/jeera, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 6 cloves, 1 star anise, 1 bayleaf, 1 tsp each turmeric powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 Β½ tsp red chilli powder
White vinegar/lime juice/tamarind pulp β 1 tbsp or as per taste
Salt to taste
