Ingredients
Chickpea flour 1 1β4 Cup (20 tbs)
Rice flour 1β4 Cup (4 tbs)
Flax seed meal 2 Teaspoon (Optional)
Tomato 1 Medium, finely chopped
Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
Chopped bell peppers 1β4 Cup (4 tbs) (red, yellow and green)
Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Turmeric powder 1β4 Teaspoon
Water 1 Deciliter (as needed)
Directions
MAKING
In a large bowl, add in chickpea flour, rice flour, flax seed meal and salt; mix well.
Pour little water at a time to make a thin batter.
Season with turmeric powder and ginger garlic powder.
Divide the batter in half and in one of the portion, add in the red chili powder, coriander leaves, ginger β garlic paste, onion, tomato, bell peppers and coriander leaves. Pour some more water if needed and make dough.
Heat a heavy bottom flat pan on medium β high and pour a ladle full of batter and spread. Cook on one side and flip and cook.
SERVING
Serve with green chutney.
