Hello everyone!! This is my simple and delicious vegan coconut curry. Enjoy!!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chickpeas
2 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon juice
1 tomato or 1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 yellow onion
1 tsp western style curry powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
1 /2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 head broccoli or as much as you want
1/4 cup coconut milk
