Welcome to my first official cooking tutorial everyone!! Currently I do not have a professional camera for filming so I will be using my iPhone 7 plus until I am able to get the camera that I want. This recipe was so quick and cost me less than $20!!! All in under 20 minutes and lasted through the entire work week. What more can you ask for!!? The recipe for this warm and satisfying Coconut Curry Chickpea soup is as follows:
2 cans of Chickpeas
2 packs of Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 can of Coconut milk
1 6 oz can of Tomato Paste
1 large bag of fresh Kale
1 cup of chicken stock
1/2 Red bell pepper
1 White onion
3-4 cloves of Garlic
1 small piece of Ginger
Curry powder
Turmeric powder
Paprika
Black pepper
Salt (to taste)
Parsley flakes
Crushed red pepper flakes
