Creamy broccoli soup that is not only vegan and gluten free but it is also oil free! So easy to make too!!
Here is what you will need.
3 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup shredded carrots
veggie broth for saute
2 cloves garlic minced
2 T gluten free flour
1 cup nut milk
2 cups water
1/4 cup cashew cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp smoke paprika
dash of cayenne
saute garlic in veggie broth for a 2-3 mminutes
add flour and cook for a couple of minutes, add nut milk and water, stir to get rid of any lumps, keep stirring until it comes to a boil. add cashew cream and add spices, broccoli, and carrots. cook for another 15 to 20 minutes till veggies are soft. when ready to serve garnish with hot sauce
