INGREDIENTS:
2 15-oz can chickpeas
1 stalk of celery
2-4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup grapes, sliced
2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp regular mustard
1 tsp black pepper salt
DIRECTIONS:
1) In a medium bowl, slightly mash the chick peas with a masher or fork
2) Add remaining ingredients and mix well
To serve: Add to lettuce or collard wrap, whole grain pita, or on Ezekiel bread. Or add scoop to your salad.
