Today we share an easy vegan cinnamon roll recipe that our family loves. It is fluffy, sweet, decadent and chewy, just like traditional cinnamon buns. We hope you enjoy this recipe, along with a peek into our quarantine life as a vegan family of 8!

***Infinitely Decadent VEGAN Cinnamon Buns***

-Yeast mixture-

1/3 cup warm water
1 tsp agave 
2 1/4 tsp yeast

-Dry Ingredients-

4 1/2 cups flour (add more if needed)
1 tsp salt

-Wet Ingredients-

6 tbsp chickpea liquid
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup agave
1 cup warm oat milk

-Filling-

1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup agave (or as needed)

-Icing-

2 cups confectioners sugar
2 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp vanilla 
1/2 tbsp oat milk

Baking time: 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Watch video for step-by-step directions.
