Vegan Cheese Sauce
1 Cup Steamed potatoes
1/4 cup cooked carrots
1/4 cooked onion
4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Water

Add all ingredients to a blender, slowly drizzle in water until desired consistency is achieved.
