INGREDIENTS (PANNA COTTA)
For the Jelly:
β 1 Cup Fruit of choice
β 5 gr of Agar Agar
For the Base:
β 1 Cup of Full Fat Coconut Milk
β 1/2 Cup of Oat or Almond Milk
β 2 Tbsp of Corn Starch
β 2 Tbsp of Sugar (or sugar replacement)
β 1 Tsp of Vanilla
INGREDIENTS (LEMON CHEESECAKE)
For the Cookie Base:
β 5 Dried Prunes
β 6 Dates
β 2 Tbsp of Oats
β 20-25 Raw Almonds
β 1 Tsp of Vanilla
For the Lemon Cheese Layer:
β 1/2 a Lemon
β 1 Cup of Full Fat Coconut Milk
β 1/2 Cup of Oat or Almond Milk
β 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar
β 1 Tsp of Vanilla
β 5-7gr of Agar Agar
