General Tso’s Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce
1/2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Cookies:
1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
1/2 cup softened vegan butter
3/4 cup cane sugar
1 cup flour
5 oreo cookies
Curry Noodles:
3 oz. rice noodles
1 cup water
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
squeeze of lemon
