Measurements:

Enchilada sauce
16oz of tomato paste
2 cups of water
3 tbsp of chili powder
3 tbsp of cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
-you might need more of these ingredients
if your tortillas are larger than mine

Sour cream
1 block of tofu
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
juice from 1 lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
