*Ingredients*
Tortillas:
2 cups wheat flour (can use gluten free if needed.)
3/4 cup water (add extra flour or water if necessary.)
1.5 tsp baking powder
Filling:
1.5 cups cooked black beans
1/2 cup salsa (can use home made or store bought)
1 tsp cumin
“Cheeze” Sauce:
2 Tbs tahini
Juice of 1/4 lemon
A few spoonfuls of water
