Simple delicious breakfast sandwich ideas for you. We are still working out all of the bugs in video editing and my ability to be on camera haha! Hope you enjoy!
The Ultimate Vegan Breakfast Sandwich
-Frozen Hash brown patty
-Frozen Vegan breakfast sausage
-Vegan Cheese (I used Chao tomato cayenne)
-1 Block of extra firm tofu
-Salt & Pepper
**Optional:
-The Vegg (https://thevegg.com)
-Black Salt
-Nutritional Yeast
Drain package of tofu and pat dry. Slice 2 strips and season with salt & pepper. I used The Vegg and Black Salt. Add tofu strips, sausage & hash brown patty to a lightly oiled baking sheet. Place in the oven at 450 degrees for 10 mins. Flip your tofu, hash brown & sausage over and put in the oven for another 10 mins. Add bread to the pan 2 mins before its done. – Build – Place your piece of cheese, hash brown, sausage & tofu on your bread. Enjoy!
**The Vegg is an egg replacer and Black Salt gives the dish a slight sulfur flavor. If you don’t have these ingredients I recommend nutritional yeast (deactivated yeast with b vitamins – tastes slightly cheesy and gives umami flavor) with salt & pepper.
Sinful Sausage Bagel
-Frozen Sausage patty
-Cinnamon Sugar bagel
-Vegan Cream cheese
Put your sausage patty in the oven and bake for 8-10 mins on each side. Add your bagel to the pan 2 mins before its done. – Build – Smother your bagel with cream cheese and place sausage patty in between. This sandwich reminds me of the Sausage McMuffin from McDonalds.
