Ingredients:
Ginger, garlic, onions, miso paste, chili paste, vegetable broth, mirin (optional), sriracha(chili sauce), pinch of sugar and some toppings ideas are tofu, corn, capsicum or bell peppers, scallions or green onion. Egg or chicken if you eat non veg. And don’t forget the ramen noodles.
