Hi Guys, amazing and simple recipe for you guys to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. I’ve had many requests for vegetarian and vegan dishes due to the corona lock-down so i fancied this amazing dish with lovely plump mushrooms!

Ingredients:
470 grams of button mushrooms
4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
3 bay leaf (tez pata)
2 diced onion
2 tsp garlic & ginger paste
4 tsp tomato puree
2 small diced tomato puree
4 sliced green birds eye green chilli
1 handful coriander
1 cup water

Spice mix:
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
