Here’s an easy recipe of Okonomiyaki so you can make it in your country 💖
■Vegan
You can just leave out the egg. Back when eggs were expensive, a lot of houses made okonomiyaki without eggs!
Swap out dashi with coconut aminos and veg broth.
■Gluten free
Swap out the all purpose flour with other flours (rice flour, oat flour, etc. )
■Ingredients:
● 100g all purpose flour
● 1 egg
● 100ml water
● 1 tbsp dashi (Japanese broth)
● Toppings of choice (I used 1/8 chopped cabbage and 8 pork slices)
