How to make Vegan cinnamon rolls – Swedish Style. Today it’s the international cinnamon roll day so what video could be better to release?! 😜
These gorgeous buns will make your kitchen smell lovely n they are so yummy to eat when u take a coffee β˜•οΈ break – “Swedish Fika”.

I made a double batch n here are the measurements.

Dough ingredients:
-50g active yeast (u can also use dried yeast if u find this in the supermarket)
-100g butter
-600ml plant based milk
-100ml sugar
-1.4 litre white flour (another 200ml for kneeling the dough)
-2 pinches of salt
-1tsp ground cardamom

Filling ingredients:
-150g butter
-4-5 tsp cinnamon
-100ml sugar
(Optional to also add 150ml almonds & 150ml icing sugar to a mixer n blend it to a paste)

Toppings:
-soy or oats cream
-pearl sugar

Follow the instructions in the video n good luck with making your own Swedish style VEGAN cinnamon rolls! Bake the rolls for about 10 min on 220c in the oven.
