1. In a jar combine:
– 2 tsp. of Italian seasoning,
– 1 tsp. of oregano,
– 2 tsp. of salt,Β
– 1 tsp. of garlic powder,
– 1 tbsp. of oil,
– 1 tbsp. of vinegar,
– 2 cups of water.

2. Shake the jar well.
3. Next, cut extra firm tofu into small cubes.
4. Add them into a jar and lightly shake it again.
5. let it marinade overnight.Β
6. Enjoy with your favorite salad.
