4-5 Bell Pepper seeded
5-6 Potatoes boiled and peeled
1 Onion chopped
1 green Chili chopped
3 Cloves Garlic chopped
1 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Amchur (Mango Powder)
1 handful Coriander chopped
2 + 2 tbsp Oil
