100g all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp. (2″) grated yamaimo
200g cabbage
20g mushroom
20g egg replacer
150ml water
2″ Kombu
Toppings,
some Japanese pickled ginger
1 stalk of green onion
dry seaweeds (optional)
Sauce,
Okonomiyaki sauce
Japanese Mayo (optional)
