This recipe is super delicious and easy to make! My low fat raw vegan “nacho cheeze” has no overt fats! It’s beautiful and very flavorful!
“Nacho Cheeze”:
1 tomato, or 4 to 5 grape tomatoes
1 bell pepper
jalepeno, amount is up to you!
squeeze of lime juice
1 lb. of corn, 3 cups
Put all ingredients into a high speed blender, like the Vitamix, and blend until all ingredients are smooth! Make sure to blend well if you are adding in jalepeno so the spicy flavor well mixed.
Tacos:
lettuce taco shell, cucumber nacho chips
Topping:
corn, quarter size grape tomatoes, onion/scallion, cilantro
