Dough Ingredients:
1 Cup Warm Water
2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 Tsp Yeast
1/2 Cup Aquafaba (Chickpea Brine)
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
Filling:
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
Coconut Whipping Cream:
1 Can Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat the oven to 350F/180C
Bake for 40 Minutes
