Hey loves! So in today’s video I did my healthy version of Mac and Cheese this is a vegan recipe and no, I’m not vegan but most of my meals in the week are plant based. I don’t count calories or anything like that I just portion what I eat.

INGREDIENTS: :
VEGAN MAC N CHEESE
2 cups Whole Cashews -unsalted
2 1/2 Cups Water mix these 2 in the blender until looks smooth then you going to add to the cashew blend :👇🏻
1 Tablespoon Lemon or Lime Juice
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Onion “ I used purple onion”
2 Teaspoons Salt “ i used himalayan salt”
1/4 Cups of Nutritional Yeast Flakes
4 Tablespoons of Cornstarch “mix again” and then pour it into a pan low heat until looks thick”
2 Cups of cooked Brown Rice Pasta, coconut oil
