In today’s video I’m going to make vegan Macaroni and Cheese Stuffed Chile Peppers. What’s great about this recipe is when you stuff the macaroni and cheese into a chile pepper and broil it, it really brings out the flavor and takes the taste up a few notches above typical mac & cheese.
