How to make Phulkopi or Cauliflower Rairoast. This recipe is specially prepared during occasion time. Cauliflower curry with roasted rich gravy is a spicy and delicious Bengali-style vegetarian/vegan recipe that goes well with flat breads and rice ! It is a spicy recipe which goes well with polao or white rice or paratha or roti as well.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 6 pieces (cut into medium size pieces)
Onion Paste – 2 pieces
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 2
Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
Bayleaf – 2
Ghee – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds powder – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped – 3 tbsp
