Dry ingredients
3 C Flour
1/4 C Sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 /2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/ 2 Tsp cinnamon
1 package activated yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 C warm water (110-110 degrees F)
2 Tbs egg replacer
4 Tbs vegan milk or water
1/4 C warm milk
1/4 C pumpkin puree
1/2 C melted butter
All wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Form into a dough ball. Let sit and rise for about an hour.
Filling
1 /2 C brown sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1/ 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
¼ C vegan butter (soft)
Preheat oven to 350F
Frosting
1 half package of vegan cream cheese
1 /2 cup powdered sugar
1 /2 tsp cornstarch
2 Tbs oat milk (or vegan milk)
