There’s something comforting about a bowl of warm grain and crunchy vegetables flavored with combination of variety of asian spices.
Ingredients:
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 red yam
1 large carrot
1 cup quinoa (or sprouted rice & quinoa)
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp siracha sauce
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
1.5 cup chicken stock
1 lemon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt
