2 tablespoon veg oil
2 tablespoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 wiri wiri peppers (any of your fav / optional)
4 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 tablespoon chopped shado beni (cilantro will work as well)
3-4 cups water
1 teaspoon Caribbean Green Seasoning
