This recipe is almost too good to be true. It is rich, creamy, savory, and healthy, as it is virtually fat free and oil free. On top of that, it is extremely nutrient rich and is made completely from vegetables. The nutritional yeast adds a nice cheesy flavor in addition to your daily requirements for vitamin B12.
