Cara’s Ice Cream Recipe:
1 cup frozen soaked cashews
2 cups ice
3/4 cup water cooled to almost freezing in freezer
1/2 cup MarkusSweet or 3 Tablesp maple syrup
1/2-1 Tablespoon vanilla
Mix in Vitamix or strong blender pounding hard and fast with tamper while blending
serve immediately over fruit
top with cacao nibs and frozen walnut pieces
and enjoy!
