Tofu ice cream (vegan) ☆ 豆腐のアイスクリーム

Ingredients:

100g cashew nuts
100g oil
400g firm tofu
200g coconut milk
100g brown rice syrup
100g maple syrup
1 vanilla beans

Instructions:

1. blend all the ingredients with a high power blender until smooth.
2. pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
3. leave it in a freezer for a couple of hours.

カシューナッツ 100g
オイル 100g
木綿豆腐 400g
ココナッツミルク 200g
玄米米飴 100g
メープルシロップ 100g
バニラビーンズ 1本

「作り方」

1、全ての材料をハイパワーブレンダーで滑らかになるまで混ぜます。
2、アイスクリームメーカーに流し入れます。
3、冷凍庫で数時間冷やします。
