Ingredients-
Tofu, mix colored bell peppers, red onion, ginger garlic chops, zucchini, broccoli or any vegetable of your choice.
Marination - 3tbsp of corn starch, 1/2 tsp salt & crushed black pepper, both as per taste
Sauce - 2tbsp of soy sauce, 1tbsp honey, sriracha sauce, salt & black pepper to taste, tomato ketchup (optional)
