Thank you so much for checking in and watching my video! In this video, I am tackling a craving and creating a plant-based breakfast sandwich using Beyond Meat and Just Egg. Vegan Biscuit Recipe:
– 1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk like almond
– 1/2 Tbs apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
– 1 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 tbs baking powder
– 1/4 tsp baking soda
– 2 tbs country crock plant-based butter with olive oil
– Mix dry ingredients and then add in butter. Once combined mix remaining ingredients, shape into biscuits, and cook for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
