Vegan cinnamon rolls! Easy and quick cinnamon rolls.
No rising!
No yeast!
No baking skills required!
INGREDIENTS:
200ml of almond milk
250g of flour
1 pack of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of sugar
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
60g of vegan butter (or margarine) + bit more to smear on the dough
ICING
125g of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of almond milk
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla aroma
BAKE AT 200C (400F) 12 to 14 min
