This is the Veganaversary of my instagram account (23/01/17) which propelled me into vegan cooking and also the ability to connect with so many wonderful people via the platform. I am very thankful or all those who have followed, liked and commented on my posts and hopefully there will be more as I grow on there (and here too) to connect with.
I really love this recipe and have made it multiple times since January last year but was waiting for now to actually make a video about it to be that little bit more special. I really hope you liked it and give it a try as is AMAZING!!
One of my good friends actually hinted to me that she’d like more ‘actual’ vegan recipes (as in not using meat/dairy/egg substitutes) and so this recipe is applicable and I hope to make more recipe videos like this as personally need to distance myself from such substitutes as will not stay on them forever and add more real, fresh vegetables into my diet. That being said, I also want my channel and videos to apply to transitioning vegans and so will still be making some videos for this intent as a way to allow them to keep familiar tastes and textures but on a plant-based diet.
