1/2 an Onion, Chopped $0.08
3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped $0.08
1 Measuring Cup (90 g) Quinoa $0.75
1/2 tsp salt $0.02
1/4 tsp pepper $0.02
Water to the fill line $0.00
Total $2.25

Preparation:
Dice the broccoli, onion and garlic
Place all the ingredients in the MioMat
