Ingredients:
β 3 cups plain flour
β 2 tsp baking powder
β 3/4 tsp baking soda
β 1/4 tsp salt
β 2 tsbp ground ginger
β 2 tsp ground cinnamon
β 1 tsp ground nutmeg
β 1/2 tsp ground cloves
β 1/2 cup vegan butter (Earth Balance)
β 1/2 cup molasses
β 3/4 cup brown sugar
β 1 tbsp corn starch
β 6 β 9 tbsp water (add as you go!)
β Mix all ingredients! When you get to the water, add as you mix it all together with your hands until you reach the right texture.
β Wrap and let cool in the fridge for two hours. Preheat the oven to 375 F or 180 C !
β Roll out your dough! (Not too thin, thicker is better)
β Cut out shapes
β Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies will still be soft when you take them out of the oven, but they will harden as they cool
β Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat
