Ingredients
guacamole
2 ripe avocados
handful coriander chopped
1 red chilli de-seeded & chopped
1/2 lime juice
1 small carrot, grated
vegan dogs
400g (14oz) tin sweetcorn, drained
340g (12oz) tin chickpeas, drained
1/2 lime juice & zest
2 tsp smoked paprika*
2 tsp ground cumin*
3tbsp plain flour
salt & pepper
*add more spice if you wish*
extras
wholemeal sub rolls
small tomatoes, sliced
sliced cooked mushrooms
bbq sauce
