This week I wanted to do another meal prep with the theme of high protein! These are three meals you can make easily so you have food to eat while youβre at work, school or whatever else without having to eat out or off your diet! Quinoa Chipotle Bowl ingredients:
2 Cups of Pinto beans
2 cups of corn
*3 limes
2 Avocadoes
2 Cups of dry quinoa
Salsa
Chowder ingredients:
4 cups of almond milk
2 Cups of veggie broth
4 cups of garbanzo beans
3.5 cups of broccoli
8 medium russet potatoes
4-10 tbsp of nutritional yeast
BBQ Tempeh / Potato ingredients:
5 big potatoes
2 cups of kidney beans
1 block of tempeh
4 cups of mixed veg
6 tbsp bbq sauce
