Vegan Nacho Cheese Recipe! Oil-Free + Healthy

Fast, easy, oil free, vegan nacho cheese recipe! This version of plant based quest dip is creamy and cheesy while still being good for you! itโ€™s made with whole, simple ingredients that you can feel good about treating yourself to! Full recipe below. Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚

Vegan Nacho Cheese Recipe
1.5 cups frozen butternut squash
2 tbsp cashew butter
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
5 dashes cayenne pepper
2 tsp jalapeรฑo juice, from a jar of pickled jalapeรฑos
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tbsp corn starch
1.5 tbsp water

Add all ingredients to a blender, except the corn starch and water. Mix those separately in a bowl to dissolve then add to the blender.

Blend until very smooth and creamy.

Transfer to a sauce pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat until bubbly and thickened.

Serve warm with chips, potato wedges, or veggies.
